Xquisite Journeys was founded by Vernon Hearne, a hospitality professional with more than 26 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
Throughout his career, Vernon has held senior leadership positions within boutique hotels, luxury properties, private estates, and hospitality operations across South Africa and the Middle East. His experience includes managing high-end guest experiences, luxury accommodation operations, and personalised guest services for discerning international travellers.
Having worked extensively with guests from around the world, including the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, Vernon understands the importance of personalised service, privacy, attention to detail, and authentic experiences.
His passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of South Africa’s most exceptional destinations form the foundation of every journey created through Xquisite Journeys.
